At this time, we have decided to retain the chair in its current condition, as everything is now complete and functioning as expected.

Don't care for the seatbelt, and no instructions to install it. I don't use it every day, but, it's nice!

My husband is very happy with his Rubicon DX04. It has given him some independence, easy to operate, smooth running and a compact size for our home. It is heavy for me to lift in spite of being described as lightweight but it was the lightest we could find.

Before saying anything about the chair let me say Thank You! to the customer service department. They were outstanding! I asked questions before and after my purchase and Customer Service answered in a timely fashion. They even provided YouTube videos to describe their responses. Two thumbs-up!
I've had the chair out on three occasions just to become accustomed to it. Road surfaces and sidewalks around me are "crowned" making it difficult to maintain a straight path. Can't complain though - it's much easier than walking!! I have not had it in a shopping mall where floors are flat and smooth but I'm sure the chair will behave much differently, and better, in that environment. So far, I am not disappointed with my purchse.

Very simple and easy to use. Small footprint. Works for small spaces - rolls over raised thresholds easily. Battery has lasted a long time btwn charges. Speed adjustment is good. Takes a little practice - especially for someone with Parkinsons but good once you get the hang of it.

Assembly seemed easy enough. The chair itself appears to be of fine quality. Assembly instructions could be more explicit though.

I am very happy with the chair. At around 30 pounds, I can fold it and pick it up and place in my car trunk. It is comfortable, very maneuverable and easy to use.

I had a DX04 from 2022. It was so much better. Its only negative was the battery could not be disconnected for airline travel.
The new models' seats and armrests are higher and and do not fit under a standard table found at most restaurants. The joystick extends way out beyond the armrest and cannot be retracted as the screw attaching the plastic armrest prevents the joystick from being shortened into the tube. ( I may cut the joystick metal tube to shorten it). The joystick must be removed to get anywhere near close to a table. New one does not have the 2 holes in the push handles where accessories or a luggage tag could be attached. Honestly, you should have kept the old frame and just made the battery removable. Another story of "improvements" making the product worse. The only reasons I'm keeping this is because it is lightweight and can be brought onto an airplane.

Pretty good chair; not much cushion; not for people shorter than 5’6” as they will not be able to adjust the height of the chair; otherwise seems to work as described

Great customer service, but the chair has issues operating and some design problems. They are sending a replacement. We are hoping it works and we are very impressed with the responsive staff.
