So far I am very happy with my purchase. The shipping time was fast and the unboxing and set up took about 30 minutes. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. The only negative I have found is that the joystick is very sensitive and it’s taking time to get used to it. I would recommend this brand to anyone who is disabled like myself.
Battery fitted perfectly. However, the price is close to half the price of the wheelchair with a battery!
Love my chair. Customer service is the best I have ever interacted with. They are prompt on answering email, made purchases simple, and have been very supportive in helping ensure I received what I needed. Great company.
The chair has handled well on uneven ground. I’ve had trouble with the toggle, not turning the wheels when trying to go left or right however. Don’t know if I’m turning toggle too far.

I was extremely happy with the folks I dealt with at Rubicon. Unfortunately, the part didn’t work, at least that’s what mobility city told me I really think mobility city doesn’t know what they’re doing. I was able to find the part. They couldn’t find the part. I need to go straight to the manufacturer, they didn’t know who to call. Again Rubicon was great.

The wheelchair extra battery charger came in two days. It works real well. I plug it into the battery and it gets charged in about 8hr.I charge it overnight! I am very pleased with all aspects of the rubicon light weight wheelchair. It gets lots of attention everywhere I go. People are always asking me about it. The younger people think it looks fun to drive!

I ordered replacement wheels for my wheelchair. They arrived in 3 days. What really impressed me was their customer service. Exceptional!!
After 3 years of use, the power button was awfully difficult to use. Replacing it with an OEM part was what I really needed. Now back to gently pressing it and it turns on and off easily. So glad I didn't try a 3rd party.
