Rubicon Shipping Policy Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship on the same business day that your order is placed. If you place your order after 2:00 PM EST, your order will by shipped on the next business day. Our standard ground shipping typically arrives between 7-9 business days after your order is placed. Presently we are only able to fulfill orders in the USA. We are working to expand our ship-to regions and apologize for any inconvenience. Please Note: You will most likely need to be available to sign for the delivery of your Rubicon Chair. If after three delivery attempts you have not been available, we will consider the item returned, after which we will deduct the return shipping cost and $99.00 restocking fee (as stated in our Return Policy) from your refund. We usually use ground service. Busy times, weather, etc. may slow delivery. If you order from the west coast on a Friday.
